Do what you say your going to do, every time. Such a broad and powerful concept. This one commitment has had the biggest positive influence on my life and even the lives of those around me. Great interview. Glad your entering your creative cycle Brian, can't wait.

Wow!!! Keeping commitments to yourself? I don't think I've ever thought about that before...it's so easy to just let it go, but it makes so much sense. I'm trying this for sure. Thanks Brian!! Great interview!

Why do people focus so much on eating and exercising when they talk about habits, yes they are important but what about getting out of bed when the alarm goes off instead of pressing snooze 15 times...or going to bed earlier so they don't need the alarm in the first place (or they are more willing to get up when it does go off)?

    Brian,
I had a football coach that use to tell us, "If you miss practice one day you'd better be deathly sick. If you miss it two days, you'd better die!"

Shiiiiiiiiiit Brian, interviews with Tynan and Ryan Holiday in the same week!?!?! Do one with Owen Cook from RSD and you'll have interviewed my three biggest inspirations!
Keep up the great work mate!

David Broderick hehehehe. Big smile and laughing, David. So great. I'm releasing a bunch of interviews I did last month and then not doing any more for awhile as I'm back in creative mode to hit some targets for the year! Thanks for your note and support! :)
