Wow! I LOVE the vintage kimonos! I’ve purchased kimonos from flea markets but they are not in pristine condition like the ones you’ve purchased. The 1920’s kimono is my favorite. Gorge. 😍

Loved your experience in Tokyo and Kyoto. My husband and I went 2019 Sept. loved Kyoto. Wish I could have shopped vintage. I did get 2 kimonos but no where as beautiful as yours. Mine not vintage. Yours are a dream. Got mine in Tokyo. Happy for you. Love your channel. Susanne in Montana

Also, I’m so surprised that colour is not a thing in Japan. So it got me thinking and I’m curious now to know if you think there’s more luck shopping colourful vintage bags perhaps in Rome?

I love kimomos as well. A local thrift store that's been around since the 80s here in MN is called Ragstock and they started out with mostly army surplus and a lot of kimomos so I have some I've collected from them over the years for less than $10 each. Unfortunately about 6 years ago they said they won't be carrying them anymore. I was divested! The 1920s one you got in Japan is simply beautiful! It's perfect, like if you looked up a kimono online that would be the perfect one! Great find!
