Merry Christmas love the videos man . Tip for the rear main seal if you don’t use the right tool is to pry it with a flathead with the back side of the tool facing you and prying it little by little til you see it come off evenly all around hope it goes smoothly

I think you can put the manifold on vertically on one stud, then rotate it horizontally to get the other stud locked in. This method could be for another intake/pully combination though, don't quote me on that lol keep doing what you love bro 💯 Happy Holidays!

That header is not going to fit your ek it is not a swap header it is for an rsx or ep3.

That intake manafold is out of an EP3. The one out of an rsx is plastic and way different looking.
