Idk but these days I can't sleep before 2 AM. And I wake up after 8 AM. It depends on when I sleep. And I find this lifestyle extremely unproductive 😭😭. I used to wake up at 5 AM-6AM anyway before 7 AM (Sleep before 11 PM). This is killing me 😭😭. But now I gotta get my life together.
Aight, this video got me motivated to also "make" a good morning routine this summer. I feel like it would help a lot if I want to be productive. Also, it's crazy how the temperature drastically changes from being very cold in the morning into being very hot in the afternoon, right? Sheesh.
