I have fibromyalgia too and having a flare currently 😔 the pain is really bad with this one but this video has helped me relax and to answer your question, yes I always reply in my head or find myself nodding lol sending gentle hugs your way and hope your pain isn't too bad ❤

This was nice. There's no better feeling than letting long hair down after it's been in an elaborate updo for an entire day. I almost get ASMR just from remembering it! Nowadays I keep my hair short so this was a throwback. Also: I've often thought it was weird seeing an ASMR video where you could physically see the speaker doing things to what's supposed to be your head while looking and talking straight at the camera, but this was actually okay! It almost gives off the vibe that we're sitting in front of a vanity mirror and I'm really short lol.
