Your determination is inspirational. I am a stage IV cancer survivor. The gym became a huge part of my recovery. I also returned to school, got my GED, then Assoc. Degree, became a College instructor and am now pursuing dual Bachelor's degrees. Overcoming adversity and finding success has a downside. COMPLACENCY! I need to remind myself daily that I haven't come this far being satisfied. NEVERsate : words to live by. Keep battling brother and THANK YOU!

I finally experienced your "super human" feeling a week or so ago. My wife and I built a wood play house for our kids and had to move it across the yard. She couldn't carry her half, so I rigged up a rope and treated it like a yolk walk. It was a little awkward, but felt pretty cool to walk with house on my shoulders!

Last year I had a work trip that resulted in a similar unpopped ear after the flight home. That thing didn't pop for about 2 months! It was maddening haha. Flonase was the only thing that offered some semblance of relief but it was barely anything. One day I randomly woke up back to normal. Good to hear from you man, keep on keepin' on!

I was hoping to run into you this past weekend at WSM but I understand the health issues have got to come first. I will say that the NeverSate Nation was well represented in the crowd. NeverSate T-shirts all over the place! It’s almost like you created an extended family. Everyone with a NeverSate shirt was saying hi to each other! I think we may need a secret handshake or something! Also a big shout out to coach Andy who saw my suffer beautifully shirt and pulled Brian Shaw over to sign a picture I took of him the day before.

I appreciate all your advice and videos. But you may want to try and sleep/rest more often. Maybe incorporate meditation or deep breathing. I feel like as strong as you are your body getting sick and dealing with disease is telling you to change something. You may recover from all that but if you don't ever change your lifestyle you will eventually get sick and possibly another disease. Just saying for your own well-being.
