@@StefanNordlander you help people learn this way. At least half the time I spend learning something from the internet is usually spent in learning how to fix something I messed up while learning the first thing. It is useful to also show people that part, imo. Cheers.

I mentioned this in the description. Dunno what went wrong with the encoding.
Learned the hard way that DaVinci Resolve on Windows doesnt offer HVENC on NVidia in the free version. On macOS it does hardware encoding for free.
Been a long time since I last saw someone wear an A/S wrist strap.
There's a seller on ebay UK that sells Amiga 500 chip sets, so that is a option. Hate to see working Amigas stripped like that.
I had two cd rom drives in mine, I think there was also a memory update module. I played quite a few games on it, Winter and Sommer Olympics, a Railroad Tycoon sort of game, then there was a sort of Sim City Game, it was a great platform
A very nice project.
However, while I am aware the space on micro-ITX is limited, I realy have hoped for an IDE-port (based on the IDE68k project) to be integrated. It´s often a bit tricky to fit an IDE68k, if using accelerator cards at the same time.
There are some nice ITX-cases available including a slot for an IDE-CD-drive. Would be nice to have this combination.
Have you tested if a PiStorm fits?
Hi, there's absolutely no room left for an IDE controller, ROM, logic and port. Trust me 😅
And besides, most accelerators have IDE with much better performance. I've actually ordered an IDE68 to use in one of my boxes.
And yes, the awesome PiStorm works great with Denise. Basically; if it works in an A500(+) - it works with Denise.

And please note that the board in this video (Easy Amy) is NOT the one we sell on Tindie (yet). It was a side-project by MrA to test a 99% through hole design. It was supposed to be easier to build (hence the name) but turned out not to be.
Denise-SMD now comes with all SMDs pre mounted. Which is about half of the components needed. So we choose to launch that board instead.

You are correct, the IDE68 isn´t fast. But I forgot you have two Zorro-II-Slots, so I might simply use a Buddha.
While most accelerators have IDE, the PiStorm actually has not. No problem for HD, but I want a real CD-Drive...
Actually my question about the PiStorm was more about the physical fit (if it conflicts with one of the Zorro-Slots, esp. if using HDMI-output). Due to the dense packed board the distance between the first zorro and CPU-socket seems a bit smal.
@@oleurgast730 Got it, and yes you might have to use a relocator. There are lots of discussions and tips on Discord. Even a few custom solutions like a special relocator and Zorro-to-A2000-CPU board to fit the PiStorm :)
Would reallyl love to get a board. I have a few parts, motherboards 1.3 kick start, 512mb ram here and there to make one. Was going to remake a Tower A500 back in the days , now with 3D printing we can do alot more. As I mentioned I have a few spare A500 mainboards complete (NTSC) missing a shell (I bought the stl files and printed one) but lack a keyboard and other stuff to make it complete.This would change my Amiga systems. Currently making a 3D shell to Mimic a Amiga 1000 style with detatch keyboard a a remake of my CDTV. IWher can I buy one of these boards?
Well, misusing a PLCC puller for DIP ICs will not work right...
So I've since learned ;)

That black slots are for what? Video/Zorro?
@@vertigoz Zorro2 "compatible", yes. The same way a stock A500 can have Zorro slots on the side expansion.
