Your healing is already done, try focusing on something else. Instead of meditation and manifesting, try watching a comedy or something that makes you happy, try gardening if you are active enough. Change your focus

This was exactly what I needed to hear this morning. I’ve been doing really well with focusing on feeling unconditional love and joy and recently- in apparently now what I recognize as a period of going unconscious (an old default mode) - I bumped up against a bit of old and un-serving thoughts and emotions (doubt and worry) around a particular subject. I immediately relaxed into it and chose to affirm the truth of my being and felt better and gained my emotional footing. So this was perfect for me this morning to listen to and journal on. It was reaffirming as all of these clips are. I ask for clarity and it is given. 😊
It’s so difficult to not focus on lack or what’s troubling us, isn’t it?
I think the more you listen to Abraham and stay in that mindset the easier it gets... it did for me.

Asking and receiving is so easy, but we block it with our own doubt. I imagine what it would be like to have no obstacles to receiving... and I experience that release. It feels very powerful to become aware of the possbilities that my new vibration is. It does feel like "eager romping through life that I had as a child".

Why do I make a good decision and then I talk myself out of it by thinking about why it won't work out instead of just jumping in and doing it
I can't speak for you, but when I ask myself why I do this or that, again, for me, anyway... the answer is... because that is what you're used to doing or how you're used to focusing... because, for me, change can be discombobulating on a good day and scary on a bad day. I have to tell myself... Self, if you want a different result, you have to try or practice a different thought, attention, intention &/or action.
Maybe it's habit and maybe we get scared of what that good thing will bring into our lives. Sometimes there are perceived negative consequences to getting what we want. Some introspection might help. Good luck
Fear. Nothing more. Push past it and go with your gut. It is about a stagnant comfort zone. Believe me I get it. Fear of success OR failure or mostly other's judgement. It is a primal deep rooted emotion. Push fwd my friend
