Can we use it internally for the company assets maintenance and creating transfer orders for the used spare parts instead of sales orders?

Interesting, yeah I suppose it could. You'd just have to set it up that way, but technically what you described is possible in native NetSuite.

I simply mean that what you're describing is all part of the things that Netsuite can naturally do. It's not like you have to add some additional integration or customize it beyond recognition to achieve the desired outcome.

We have discussed FSM with our NetSuite rep. They know really nothing about the tool and basically said ‘it’s probably not the tool for you.’ But, it seems to be exactly what we need. How would I find partners that have experience with NS FSM and the previous Next Teknik software implementation?

Yeah, unfortunately there are only a handful of consultants who are familiar with FSM at this time. And most of them are way overbooked on implementations. I can give you a couple references though, just email me at [e-mail].
