Is there a process to send quotations and invoice to customer? How is it happening? Do we need to integrate our QMS or it will be available with SAP FSM natively?

Is offline mode possible for this? For example, if the technician doesn't have cell service, can they still access customer contact information, addresses, checklists, etc. and have pictures and data they input upload once cell service is regained?

Yes, the offline mode is implemented from the start and the technician is able to access all the information even if he doesn't have service.
Suppose I want to install an energy meter through FSM, how can i capture the meter reading and pass it to ISU
