The poor soul doesn't realize the cars are only a quarter of the reason we follow. I'd love to have more "a day in the life of Bill" videos. I want to know more about this Mahi and how he prepared it. I want more videos of Bill driving around, bitching and roasting people like the 'Bob Marley keychain whip guy'. Bill's like the guy that HAS to show up to a party with something or he won't show at all. You don't need a car to make a good video Bill. We love you with or without one.

When the MK1 R8 V12 has hit the bottom of the bottom of the depreciation curve- especially in Manual it will be a future bonefied investment that will appreciate in respective values.

The facelifted gen. 1 R8 (2012-15) is tough to beat as a “beater” daily super car. The tough choice is deciding between the manual V8 or a DCT V10.

I'm typing this on a Saturday evening at about 7:30 PM.. Last hurricane to pass nearby here was in 1939. We weren't naming hurricanes back then.. This one is hurricane 'HILARY'.. Of course it is.. Decent ride, but you're right.. this is for the angry suburban well off housewives.. Does have a nice engine sound though, and I'm with you on those 'manu-matic' transmissions.. kind of 'meh' at best. Robotic and soulless, like nearly everything else these days.

Hey Bill, that "sudden acceleration" turmoil that came perilously close to sinking Audi got the attention of 60 Minutes. The reporter Ed Bradley excoriated the vehicles after a guy working in a state inspection station drove in a phriggin' ditch during the brake test. Evidently, this inspector missed the damn brake pedal also. After this, the damage to Audi's reputation was magnified. The fact that this car company came roaring back to profitability after all of that bad publicity was quite frankly impressive. Many Thanks Yo ! 🚘🔍. 🤔

This is sweet and sour chicken done right and super yummy, guys-think Shun Lee off Broadway by Lincoln Center in NYC. I love these 1st gen R8's-super sexy in a Marlene Dietrich kinda way, and I guess that was the point ;). And I agree about The Cars, Bill, I love them too. I couldn’t stand the humidity in Southern Florida. It sounds like you had a great time in the mountains. Fishing wow what a size of fish. Great exercise and cooler no doubt. It’s a pity you can’t do the trading in a cooler climate. I lived in Oman where summer would get up to 50 Celsius and 200% humidity, dreadful. I’m glad you’re back.
