I really hope insomniac does something like sonic frontiers or final fantasy 15 royal, a dlc which fixes the third act and adds everything cut for time, I would be fine paying for that or if they wanted to be generous and make it free that would be awesome
Lots of PlayStation games have been getting directors cuts with more content so it’s definitely possible
Remember the amount of combos that were available in Spider-Man Web of Shadows? Remember the Venom versions of boss battles? Remember the random pop-ups from hero’s who you could decide to side with or go against? Remember? Pepperidge Farm remembers.
remember everything but the combos need to replay that game
The symbiotes invading the bugle should totally be another peter and miles mission after the update taking place in between act 3
The update isn’t adding missions to the story.

@@MegasXRL I gave up on this game after two weeks to be honest, got bored quickly.
First game and even Miles morales stand alone game had more replay value.
Adding colour changing tendrils and time of day ain’t doing it for me, the game is still boring.
Can’t even change the weather yet we could in Miles morales. I’ve already played the story twice and I ain’t doing again a third time.
They might put that cut venom stuff in the leaked venom game. It would make sense too if the story is basically finding any way to kill and get revenge for the spidermen but then finding out carnage is alive which leaves them putting there differences aside and teaming against carnage.

My guess was the cave was the symbiote home world, and we would’ve seen it as Miles when Venom attempts to control him

Istg if the concept art images were true this game would literally have been perfect. Especially Harry talking to Norman in a venomized form. We needed him fleshed out. I really wish this game was delayed to make the story something truly special
but then the game would've been leaked and would've been ruined for everyone

tbh I just wish instead of porting over new suits they made new ones because I was really dissapointed to see that most of the suits were just old ones

ACT 3 getting rushed was criminal. It never made sense to me why we only got to play as Venom once and why the Anti-Venom suit has the same abilities as the symbiote
idea for Spider-Man 2. after Peter discards the Symbiote and Harry becomes venom, instead of him killing Kraven and taking over as the main villain he can be a Third playable character and the ending can be a giant boss fight against Kravens full army and we don’t have to deal with them or the symbiotes after the end of the game
I wonder if the game devs are going to stick to comics where the anti-venom suit are your white cells making the transfer impossible.

I’m hoping Miles gets to be affected by Carnage in the next game or in DLC cause I heard that happened in the comics and it sounds like a cool idea.

NGL i hate they wanna drag on this symbiote plot line. It should have ended here and that is it. No venom game man. just do the stuff as DLC give Venom a FAT expansion no extra game. Let Spider man 3 Have room to breath have a MORE DEV TIME so it can be the best it can be.

out of all the suits, all I really want is Spider-Armor MK1 and just a plain civilian clothed Peter Parker suit like we got in the PSX game

@@Ironsmashwebokay well first in this time frame of this game Peter has now been Spider-Man for 9-10 years and In that decade he fought a number of villains even the sinister six of course but your telling me he already fought sandman alone and the first fight with him he almost dies if miles didn’t show up of course and with kraven granted I really like this depiction of kraven but he got stabbed that quick and dies while harry is doing more damage to kraven than Peter did at all, then when Peter is pretty overtaken by the symbiote miles defeats him? Like alright I know he’s using the bell but still Peter was pretty strong at that point and has the experience. Third is Peter is getting knocked out all the damn time or just ragdolled and getting stuck underthings he should be able to lift and then finally with venom he literally has the anti venom suit which has all the power and everything but still loses to venom which granted this venom is by far one of the strongest versions of venom but miles goes toe to toe with him? Like come on now and then takes a break, i get he was dealing with grief and depression but the game never clarifies it to the point that’s what’s making him slip up, the only scene is yeah they’re in his head and when Peter looks at a photo of may but idk he seemed nerfed to me
i mean this is just something that happens with superhero characters they lose to people they've beaten before different situations different outcomes

Honestly one of the most unrealistic parts of the Arkham series is Batman winning every single fight even in the comics where Batman has beaten people like darkseid he still loses fights with joker etc
