It is funny to watch this show now. Few yrs ago I started training with them and from the start I knew this has to be the WORST airline in history. They talk about customer service and being "selective". It took a day and half to get from the West Coast to Florida for training because of the severe flight delays they always have. Then they asked us to walk around for 7 hrs till the hotel rooms were ready (they would not let us sit in the lobby) and the next day 2 exams, without much rest and one could not sleep in those planes because the seats don't recline and are hard as stone. Cheap airline all around, bad treatment for customers and employees. NO, thank you.
Punctuality is vital, so I agree with strict rules. However, I wouldn't have fired Tori. I would have given her a warning. In the airline industry, every minute counts.
@@msingh9634 okay, butI didn't agree with her dismissal. She should have received a warning. You know as airline employee, we're taught about OTP, on-time performance. she should have arrived much earlier.
There is no way I would put up with all this nonsense for such a low paying airline. They are not training for Delta. It's not worth letting them have that much control. Especially for the lady that was locked out at lunch. It wasn't her fault she was late! They act like they're a top airline! 🙄
After watching this, you’ll never get me back on a Frontier plane. If this is how they treat employees imagine how they test their customers… NO THANKS
There is being late and it’s your own fault and there is being late and it’s completely out of your control. Tori’s dismissal was wrong in my opinion as it was NOT her fault in any way. There is “policy’. However there should also be fairness, compassion and logic.
@@tixer8629 It was completely unfair. If you lock someone out you cannot blame them when they can’t get in. But your right, she is better off working somewhere with fair and logical rules and regulations.
I have to agree. They know the doors lock like any other place. I’m sure they have to use a key card or proximity card to gain access after hours. That certainly was a poor decision to fire her. Hopefully she moved on and is flying with one of the big 3.
That dismissal was very unprofessional on the airlines part. If u make rules that are no excuses, u need to make sure there are zero obstacles so people can follow said rules. That was out of anyones control, but if they wanna blame, then her being late is the airlines fault not hers. She cant go through walls!
After Pam said to Tori they are going to have to let her go, I think Tori should have asked Pam this question: "In this instance, what should I have done or done differently?" I doubt Pam would have had a response or she would probably just reiterate what she said several times that the policy is the policy - Corporate America understands situations like this happen and are in touch with reality but I'm wondering why Frontier has lost their touch with reality in these situations. I hope Tori is in a much better situation and didn't let this totally unfair event scare her in her future endeavors. Frontier should have taken responsibility but they instead turned it back on Tori which was totally unjust to do so.
