From seeing this I see that you, as I do, have a "fascination" and "respect" for Russian combat aircraft. As a cadet in the ATC in the early '80s I was proud to demonstrate my recognition of such aircraft, I even represented Kent in such subject matter. I have always been a huge admirer and fan of Russian aviation, particularly of Mikoyan and Sukhoi, and especially of the Su-27 series.
I was a senior software engineer at GEC Avionics (now BAE SYSTEMS) from the late '80s and I worked on the systems for the HUDs and HUDWACs for F-5 and F-16 (LCOS, CCRP, CCIP). It felt treasonous to admit my "love" for our Soviet counterparts but I was always gobsmacked and thoroughly impressed by the efforts from their design bureau's. In fact, while working on EuroFighter Typhoon's HUD/MFDs I stated many times it "would never stand up against an Su-37". I just fell guilty now of appreciating having soooo much respect and admiring such amazing avionic systems that were employed here.
I hope you continue making more videos in the future - those so far are most professionally researched and presented.
Same with me - but I feel I would not be smiled upon showing any of that in an RAF or FAA career.
I'm British and patriotic like you, and I've always refused to be told to disrespect the Soviet Union or Russia. It's a crying shame that the industry you worked in on our behalf showcasing British wherewithal has been sold off to the yanks. We were the best in the world and have been deliberately hobbled

Russia needs to rethink . and go for this but they messed up in my book not producing 37 as well 29m1 as well su 47 shows there way thinking isn't 21st centuries thinking . as we now see in Ukraine .

This aircraft is not even widely produced and it has been out off development since 2002 😂😂 this aircraft is just an experimental aircraft
You can absolutely understand the confusion...when there's 40 different, yet identical looking SU27 variants....like the installation of a small map light ... or a car cigarette lighter being enough change to warrant what the Russians sell as..... "comprehensive" avionics upgrade and significant enough of an achievement......time for a nomenclature change to reflect the HUGE leap in technology and lethality....
