  • The term "overhead diving" encompasses diving inside shipwrecks, caves, and other environments where a direct ascent isn't possible. Cave diver training is considered he benchmark for overhead diving but there is more to wreck penetration than meets the eye.

    Good to know. I haven't trained either yet but looking forward to. I figured if I was trained for caves that would be good for wrecks too.
