Thanks for this video. Y'day we have prepared this Masala Ground Nut in our house. Excellent result, very crispy, tasty and enjoyed eating.
One thing we added one more ingredient like mixing garlic paste or make a paste of Garlic by smashing 10-12 Garlics and mix it to the paste and then complete. It's good for health also.

Mad'm, I tried this yesterday, it was just awesome. One problem I faced, when spatula was dipped in oil took out to separate nuts, nuts got stuck to spatula and didn't fall to oil. Finally I had to scrape and made to fall into oil.
