Even though I like heavier stuff more like dubstep, deathstep etc I like the kinda like simplicity of riddim and it still sounds awesome also how doesnt this video have at least 1k views? It definitely deserves it high quality u def earned my sub keep it up my guy🔥🔥🤘
@@WOLFIEOG That is unbelievably incorrect. No flame at all, but dubstep as a genre nowadays is usually between 140-150, sometimes dipping to 138. 70 is viable because it has the same flow as 140, but 100 is midtempo usually (think Rezz or 1788-L). When you work in tempos below 100bpm for a step genre you double it to get to the colloquial, more common BPMs (140-150). So if it was 100, doubling it would be 200. Dubstep is never outside of the range of usually 70-75 which translates to 140-150. Hope this helps to actually answer @stella 's question. 140 is the average tempo for most traditional riddim.
The influence of Riddim ruined EDM forever. Where are the individualistic songs that paint the personality of the producer? I used to be able to listen to a new song i'd never heard before and guess the artist based on the theme, structure, melodic fragments, sound design, etc.... This is when everyone said "dubstep sounds like nails in a blender". Now? Well.... now it really does sound like nails in a blender.
I wouldn't consider it deathstep because it lacks a pan snare or even a very prominent snare. I also wouldn't consider it tearout like y'all are saying because once again not a tearout style snare nor is the sound design that of tearout (shorter metallic bass hits). What you have here is brostep.
DUBSTEP CHANGE MY LIFE
Riddim Dubstep Forever..
