Now i am wondering how long I can stay in Germany. I m planing to leave by end of June, is it ok ? Or will there be any legal consequences for overstaying ?

I mean, if we do not have a permit to stay in the country, then there is no way Job center can help us right? 2. Is it possible, that Auslanderbehorde will give us a grace period after the visa ends so we can possibly look for new jobs whilst being supported by Job Center and Arbeitslosgeld? If yes, how long can the grace period last?
hi, I recently got my Visa for a medium-sized company in Germany under blue card category. I was scheduled to fly around the second week of October for joining on 1st Nov. However, just a couple of days back, I got a mail from my employer saying that the company is filing for insolvency and my contract may be terminated very soon in my probation period. I am yet to reach Germany but I have lost 2 months now and left another offer as well. I am thinking to still go ahead and join and take it from there. Can you let me know what shall I do in such a situation?

@@cinemastreetwalk3498 no problem feel free to ask as many questions as possible, in Germany getting an IT job is not so difficult if you know the language but its not impossible to get a job if you don’t. So don’t worry if your husband is in IT. Also, I would like to mention, I am sure you must he knowing at well, that your husband need to immediately register at arbeit office as well. I wish you all the best
