    Everyone has an opinion on how to shorten or lengthen a frame. I did as much research as I could to feel comfortable with and this is where I landed. I decided to do a notch cut or z cut.

    Do you have another video explaining this project! I’m curious to see what you are doing as I have a ‘62 Ranchero and those unibodies flex under heavy load. Have also considered an LS swap....so this is interesting to me. Also the old Falcons just simply don’t have much room under the hood with those bulky shock towers, this cures that issue also! Cool project, keep us informed.

      I originally considered a mustang II front end but it was going to be in the neighborhood of $2800. Once I got a closer look at the frame rails and saw how bad they were, I decided I needed to go a different direction. I have always wanted to do an engine swap, air ride and fabrication.
