I have the Tooliom 200 amp MiG,TiG,Stick welder, and it has been absolutely amazing!
How is the plasma cutting with it?
@PaulPaid the plasma cutter like thats in the video, is quite handy. The no-contact start quit shortly after starting to use it. I ended up swapping guns on the one at our shop, and it works fantastic. I have cut 5/16" plate with it. For the price, it's hard to believe.

Question if I may, would it cut thicker material under higher air pressure. Or was it possibly limited because of your air conpressor?

Most people run 40PSI to 80PSI. I did all my testing at around 60PSI depending on the metal thickness.

Question at 60psi and 40amps the torch wants to sputter and pop at times. Any advice on what is happening? Thanks Dave
Are you on 110v or 220v? Did you change out the nozzle for the 220V one?
@Matt's Shop oops, I am on 220 and has the original nozzle. So that's probably why...

Yea, it's done and I just have to finish the video. I've been busy.
Mine just stop working after 3 months and i used like 2 times a month and now is just pulling air when i press the trigger but no plasma

Hey Matt I'm an artist new to plasma cutting would you be willing to give some advice to me?
What type of air compressor do you use while making shorter cuts.
I only use an 80 gallon compressor for all my cuts.
@@MattsShop I only have a 20 gallon hmm wonder if that will keep up.
all that cutting and not once did you show us what your actual settings were for each thickness of metal air and amps
