Being a kid in the 70's Benny Hill was constantly on, this show had my parents rolling with laughter, couple of times my mom said Tom leave the room, My dad said it's alright. Years later thanks to reruns I know why they loved this show! Freaking awesome!!!! There will never be another Benny Hill this was slapstick comedy at its finest. The chase scenes,, the music,the girls and the old man, TV back in the day was great especially the ones from the 70's!!! RIP Benny Hill.........

I watched the benny hill show in the 70's when I was a youngster, his shows were hilarious . That was good tv back in the day.. I'd say the gong show was my 2nd favorite.
If you are having a bad day or feeling depressed then try and watch Benny Hill and these particular clips.He was much maligned at times but he made millions laugh and he's sadly missed.
An elderly Charlie Chaplin, who Benny met several times, was living in Switzerland when these programmes were made so he could not watch on TV he had them all on video and his private room was full of them, Benny was his favourite comic and we can see why.
If stuff like Always Sunny can make it, something tame like Benny Hill would definitely make it. Don't let your doomsday mentality get in the way of your logical thinking :)
got to love this, i wasn't allowed to watch it when i was a kid, i would act like i went to bed and turn it on real quiet, and TRY not to laugh too loud.
As a kid, my sister used to wake me in the middle of the night to watch Benny Hill, my grandma found out and told her not to make me watch "that nasty man!" 😅
