    Fair play. That's a lot of volume. Those pullups could do with a bit more range of motion though

    Nice conditioning i will do that for sometimes
    if you do bodyweight squats and want to get stronger legs do it 4 seconds up 4 seconds down try it yours legs will be fried !!!!

    Just did Murph on Memorial Day it’s a great workout. I’m sure you know but to do it correctly you have to do it unpartitioned meaning 1 mile run all 100 pull ups all 200 pushups, 300 squats then finish with the last mile run. It definitely changes things.

      Actually, was not that familiar with the only thing that I did know was 1 mile in the beginning and 1 mile at end. I also did not train for it at all.
      But regard hats off to you if you did it the proper way

      I was doing what I could appreciate you watching though - also was in the gym early early morning probably about four in the morning to six so I was gassed even before I started this, and I also never heard of it or trained for it prior to half an hour seeing one of my friends do it
