How To De-Bone A Cook A Whole Hog On A Wood Pellet Grill

Cooking a whole hog on a wood pellet grill doesn't haven't to be as intimidating as most people think it is. In fact, once you've done it and mastered it, how about de-boning the hog prior to cooking. Now that sounds like fun, and man does it result in some incredible pork!
