When “looking for a random card” you could say that you’re looking for a certain number or king or queen or whatever to make it a little more convincing. Awesome tutorial thank you

@@iebofadhil9836 spread thru the cards flipping "some" face up and "some" face down, etc etc. But what your really doing is flipping all black one way and all red the other. You'll end up with all red on one half facing one way and all black the other. Then you just do a pass to flip one half over and abracadabra all the cards are the same direction again (spread them face down to show). Then you just go into this effect. I think I learned this from Harry Lorayne. It's on UA-cam. :)
You can improve the trick by saying "You count up the right cards here" and hand them the all correct pile while you do your slight of hand on the all incorrect pile.
You can't say "Now we pick a random red card... No, not that one, nor that one. This one." That's NOT a random card. It would've been the first one you picked/saw.
luv ur vid but the old ffashioned way is better what u did here was setting it up as u go its still a setup trick just not before the trick but as ur doing the trick it is better to set it up before performing this kind of trick u get a better reaction from it its a classic luv ur version but not for public they will suspect something cause ur moving cards about to much took too long to get into the trick for it to start this kind of trick u need to start straight away for the effect to work brillent trick though
Yeah this was back when I was dumb about it lol. I have the move down pat now. I used to post tricks when I wasnt even good at em, I regret it but at the same time it's fun to look back and see how I've improved
@@joshtullymagic OK, I didn't notice it was nearly a year and a half old video, but I'd still be very cautious about leaving videos with moves you can't do properly public. Others may do what I did and assume that’s the level you are still at.

yeah the thing is, I think toast prepped the deck before hand and didnt shuffle it. That's why he could do the trick cards facing down.

Tip: you can do the flips flopsy Triumph to get the cards separated at the beginning. It's much easier and adds another element to the effect. :)

You can use a stripper deck so it is more convincing that the deck is not in order, then just one cut to seperate na colors 🙂
