i still gonna camp once every few months depending on the weather. It is fun to blend in the nature and having fresh air. For the bugs, i normally just bring mosquito coils. In West Coast Park, i only start burning my mosquito coils after 4pm and one more outside tent before i sleep. Mainly depending on the humidity level as well. When it is moist air, mosquito tends to comes out so you may need to start the mosquito coils earlier. For ants, i just leave it be. I only handles mosquitos. I will just use cloth to sweep away the ants if it is on me or on my tent. 😆
@@nekonekucamp2629 I read that you could pour vinegar around the tent to avoid ants (haven’t tried yet). Thanks for relying and happy camping! We would camp at East Coast park when my tent from Taobao arrived.
@@gummy_bee7681 I haven't tried vinegar before. But i heard from my other camper friend that soap water works best to repel ants. Mix mostly water and some dish soap, then spray just directly around your tent, on your table, chair's feet and others. This will prevent most species of ants. Awesome! I am sure you will like camping a lot with the nature surrounding you.
Interesting camping trip. How do you boil the water at campsite?
thanks. :D
i have a super mini gas canister that i used to boil the water for 5 minutes
Since the boarder is opened. How likely are you still gonna camp? How did you get rid of bugs and ants? Thanks
