Lille plays a 4231. Canada plays a 442.
Perhaps that is the difference in goal scoring.
Did anyone have to pause and consider what universe we're now living in where it could be said that CanMNT has players that can seriously hurt Chile?? I mean, even five years ago I'm not sure we could say that and keep a straight face. Anyone who was there during the post-Gold Cup 2000 dark years must be like me in thinking how bizarre it is to now have a squad that can create chances against Argentina, beat Peru in a street fight, and have pundits saying things like "Canada has players that can really hurt Chile."
Such as when CAN men couldn't score, at home, vs the territory of Puerto Rico. Very dark years.
Maximus is going to Europe for sure
Look its easy u flop in any chance you given , that’s football it’s about winning, no matter how flop or cheat or waste time you have to win every team play like that you have to play like them
I hope the referee will be disciplined for his wrong decision.
I dont care he doesn't meet the preferred profile physically being under 6 feet or whatever. He is absolutely good enough to play in a top 5 league. What more does he need to prove
People who have never heard of this guy

As most Canadians I only care about hockey who will the oilers or leafs draft lol
Well blame the NHL for preferring the US market. Football is now the most played game in Canada so it’s only a matter of time before it becomes the new king in the country.
@@sergio56474, this correlates with my thoughts.
Being a leafs fan is pretty much being an England fan right?? Both are depressing
@@erniehernandez7162 , not quite. Leafs are falling...
You are not most Canadians. Unless you're talking from purely an age 50 and over demographic. Because of immigration and socioeconomic dynamics, both basketball and soccer continue to grow exponentially in popularity with younger generations which is why each have more kids registered to play than hockey
