I appear to have a leak at the HX above the boiler. It is corroded and there is a lot of limescale at the bottom of the unit. The OPV also seems to leak into the main housing. I am taking it back to Bella Barista for a service.
Thank you so much Mauro i have a leakage in the water level gauge (MaraX is only 1 year old) but can fix it myself thanks to your video 👍. Just one question: Is only teflon tape enough or should i also use a gasket?
I have a similar leak. I could hear a hissing sound during heating. I opened up the top and saw leak at the same nut. But the hissing sound goes away after the temp quite is high.
how do I know if I have a leak without opening the machine? could the leaking cause low steam pressure and huge drop when beginning to froth the milk? (drop from 1.3bar to 0.7bar)
no, it is 2 different problem, do you use this routinne? how to get maximum steam boost 1 I run a flush - this wakes up the machine and also increase the pressure while grinding coffee. 2 I grind 3 I brew coffee 4 I prepare milk 5 I froth the milk
Hi Mauro, it just happend on my brand new MaraX, and fixed it. But I have a problem for a few days, the water temperature in the 0 and 1 position of the temperature is the same (94-95 degrees) and 96-97 on position 2, why is it so hot? Until now it was perfect, around 91-92 on position 0 and 93-94 on position 1. Any idea what could be the problem? I am in coffee priority mode
@@lelitinsider2977 Hello mauro, I think I have this same exact problem! my water level probe was replaced and even since than temperature is always 94, I sent you a support ticket #3810 with more details, but it sounds just like the problem @Robert Jieanu here described.
