Sometimes I will have 8 Shturm missiles but I only can fire 4 of them, them it says 'Out of Missiles'. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Do I need to chance something in order to select the other missiles?

So I got Petrovitch to fire 4 of the 8 missiles , when I make a run on the 5th target I get no tone for launch . How do you get the AI to use the inner pylons ?

If you have not yet found solution, the reason likely why you can't launch another 4 from center station is a incorrect loadout for the inner stations. You need to have proper full loadout for the system know how to switch to middle station.
