General Hung Kuen twelve bridges mean " Twelve Tips: Just, soft, straight, straight, point, fixed, inch, lifting, flow, shipping, making, order; while " twelve bridge techniques " are: wear , sink, points, rack, touch, push, find, grind, hang, hit, lock, chop. 十二橋馬： 洪拳十二橋馬是指十二步法，這十二種步法為：四平馬、子午馬、伏虎馬、麒麟馬、吊馬、獨鶴馬、中字馬、三角馬、敗馬、二字鉗羊馬、跳馬、丁字馬。
