Despite most Taiwan players being chill and pro I’ve seen tons of noobs attack me as China early game with no navy and rage quit when they get beaten .
Yeah I was playing as china and taiwan had twice my casualties
Yeah like the only way I can win against China as Taiwan is buy spending like 10 years developing technology industry and army then sending a huge army to shanghai while another army distracts them in the south

I was India, I helped Taiwan form ROC, then he got cocky and attacked me. When I managed to defeat him he rage quitted.

I can't believe how people ignore troop bonuses a lot, once i got max resistance, the best general, and max infantry upgrades, i was basically unstoppable.
Even tho this does sound good, mountain terrain + artillery + planes is OP especially if they are maxed technology

I dont, i ALWAYS ungrade anti tank on inf cuz there is 100% a german or china tank spamer. Sometimes even india and wehn there is a player for Azerbaijan, they never heard of this thing called "Infantry" only tanks.

one thing that's bad about taiwan is that a good portion of them only play it for clout. One game i tried to do a non-expansionist china (don't question it, i just felt like doing it), but in the late game after colonizing south america taiwan tried to attack alongside nau to form roc. They failed horribly.
The same goes for Chad players and Cook islands players they play it because its a meme and they want attention cook islands players i hate they legit just do anything and they will act like pros

Germany players are the worst in my experience
In one of my games Taiwan suddenly invaded Philippines, so me and a bunch of other pretty strong countries (including Kazakhstan) decided to help Phil.
It started with sending MP and Money but eventually we had to send our own military, Kazakhstan invaded China while me and France invaded through Africa and some parts of the Middle East. There was a pretty big problem though, Taiwan was invading Phil with the help of Japan and Australia so we had to rush it. However because of some dumb reason my game froze and I got kicked so idk how it ended
I’ve formed ROC once because China was actually very nice and allowed me to do it

Yea I agree, I don't know if Hyper did something to the rate of death for generals but mine 15-20% of the time dies almost immediately in battle (not accurate just a frustrating guess).

I swear once i was Czech Republic i took Russia and formed EU i was number 2 China was number i wanted number so i invaded he was bad tbh i beat him but my generals died 3 times invading china

There is a certain charm to Taiwan players. They know that every game they will go through the flames of mainland aggression, but they fight through hell anyways. Republic of China is by far my favourite formable. The times I have formed ROC, I don't be a new toxic China. I rather become a powerful mediator in the region.
The few times I have formed ROC I make Mongolia and other smaller regional states into democratic vassals and attempt to pacify the region and prevent colonialism, it honestly feels great

I usually let Taiwan players live, because most of them are kinda chill and don't really want to play aggressive. The only time when I invade Taiwan is when its AI or when they ask for it

I remember I was playing as taiwan and japan was in a war with me for 6 in game years. He eventually won because he had gotten allies to surprise attack me but I inflicted 2.7 million casualties while only taking 840 k myself lol
Yesterday I was playing as China and a Taiwan player was using that submarine thing but I destroyed them with multiple ships of my own
I was trying to help my friend form Rome, and decided to play as China so I could send him resources. I got Taiwan to quit the moment they realized I was using a navy against them.
I didn't expand further, WPing Japan who was allied to Taiwan.
One time I decided to play Taiwan (my first time in fact) I made a navy and a bunch of tanks anticipating a Chinese invasion, and to my surprise, China allied me. I don’t know why but I kept the defenses just in case. Italy complimented them saying that I had strong defenses. My second time China invaded and I fought back with navy and troops, I lost. I ran out of money so China was able to make a better navy.

I played as china and buy 3 destroyers when taiwan is actually brought 1 destroyer and sub bc I had long game term experience, I can also build tanks instead of using troops but I also used troops for starting only then I disbanded I also not much focus on taiwan I also focus on mongolia and kazak which I get my resources Lol... and when they ask for ally they just die instanstly with having any help coming bc they came from different continents...

Military leaders and electronics are musts when you're playing as a high-risk nation like the RoC.
Ngl most china players forgett industry and tanks but after japan gave me a navy lesson and after seeing more usefully things of generals I can at least make a dude s navy look crap mostly as UK ( if I have enough money and lands hohoho) but about industry when I join China I start speedrunning industry and other things like maybe preparing tactics for blietzkrieg

taking taiwan is so easy. just make factories in the first second and take taiwan. (make destroyers and tanks then rush taiwan's capital and take the rest of the cities with infantry while he focuses on the tanks)

Every time I've played Taiwan (which has been like twice, although I'm gonna try it again), the China players always have at least 2 brain cells, which surpasses my negative 7-11 brain cells, meaning that the China players I'm always up against have the brain capacity to understand what a navy is
