@jodie boo honestly,jaimie was giving all the anxious body language out clearly messing with his chin then the knuckle over his upper lip, the holding his hand expecting sherpa to give him a paw and then almost in tears i had tears as i do now streaming down my face. Really glad that sherpa is safely out if the anaesthesia and home with the guy who absolutely idolises his dog and like you spoils their dog to the heavens and back You are both amazing with the love of your dogs and the care you lavish on them. Seeing worried dad waiting, it was the hi-5 that almost got me, you and Sherpa have an amazing relationship, and the lone wandering to try and take your mind off the wait. I am glad it went well and we all are estatic about the many more Sherpa and Jamie wanderings to come, just make sure he gets an extra few sprats for coming through awesomely please!!!
My dog does the same thing, if they would stop scaring the rubbish out of us then we will stop being worried parents all the time and up in their bussiness making sure they are alive every 10 seconds, once he is fine for a week or 2 then you can relax into super funn daddy again and tease each other with arguments over food and sister sarah staying for the weekend agaon, just you wait, it will be like normal in no time! Just do what I do a couple extra health treats and he will love you extra, mines is now cuddled up with me while I read a book for a bit, always love the Sunday night snuggle and cuddle sessions we do, she is waiting for me to finish my cup of tea before I take her out again, she knows the rutine now lol
Sherpa’s first few howls sounded a little bit hoarse but other than that he’s in mint condition. He did a lot better than I did years ago when I had my wisdom teeth out!!

You have a nervous tell . When you are worried you do a nervous pull on your chin hair . We all do something to get through the times when our brain says NO stop . Bless Sherpa and his very very caring owner . Stay safe and well . 🐾❤️

When Our old lad - aged 11 - went to the vets for quick a big operation It was horrendous, coming home to no waggy tail was heart breaking. Recovered well though thank God. So happy that Lord Sherps is okay and Jamies eyes are a bit dryer. Stay safe you both x
Jamie, love the longer version. I had tears yesterday with the short version but was crying today knowing what you went through. My Mai Tai had a knee replacement then ear surgery, she shook her head so hard she broke blood vessel in her ear and it swelled up like a balloon. It truly is not easy having your best friend go through anesthesia!! So glad Sherpa is home and happy! Hugs 🐕🦺💙
Animals read us like we're walking books, he knew you were worried. My goodness his exit from the vets was like a star leaving, surrounded by fans oozing praises. They just can't resist that adorable face. Sherpa is in great shape; they're bred to walk long distances and all the exercise he gets keeps him in top form. I don't know anything about his dam and sire, but they certainly produced an exceptional dog. The church segment was wonderful as well. I'm amazed by the workmanship throughout the entire building. Thanks for adding the footage of your lonely visit.

When Sherpa wags his tail, we know we have Sherpiieeee back!!! Confident that the surgery went well, so relieved that he made it all right and he's back. It is very possible that those bad teeth might have contribute to his elevated liver numbers; hopefully those extractions will take care of those numbers and Sherpiieeee will be healthy again. So heartwarming to see a couple of his fans recognizing him even out of surgery ... we love you Sherpiieeee!!! I can only imagine how out of sorts you must have felt without your faithful companion of so many years by your side, Jamie and when you said it, my eyes welled up and understood what a big part of your life he has been. And yet so gratifying when he was back. Yes, it will take a couple of days for all that anesthesia to make it out of his body, but you said it best, he is a strong boy thanks to a healthy diet, reduced weight and daily wanders, all of which will contribute to his quick recovery. Thank you for being such a good hooman!!!

For once, 'Sherpa's day' made me feel like Im watching a sad movie, even tho I know it has a happy ending. Last Friday I asked Alexa a dozen of times to tell me 'London time' and everytime I asked, she asked me back if I needed to book a flight. I was like: "No, noo, it's not like that, I just want to know if Sherpa and Jamie are doing fine, but you wouldn't understand…!" Im grateful Sherpa's okay. High-5 for the brave boys!!🤧💙

I miss the sniffing sound of my dogs nose at my bed room door. His presence with us in the garden close by us. Following my mum doing gardening. Barking in the corner of the garden at the neighbourhood making his presence known to the world. I miss him so so much.

I miss the sniffing sound of my dogs nose at my bed room door. His presence with us in the garden close by us. Following my mum doing gardening. Barking in the corner of the garden at the neighbourhood making his presence known to the world. I miss him so so much.

Sherpa is a strong boy, I'm so happy that everything went well 4 him, thanks 2 the vet n the staffs of the vet clinic who took great care of him. I noticed how worried u were Jamie but relieved when u saw he was alright
