How do I go by sculpting and having a decent geometry in a thin layer? for example if I want to represent very thin layers of skin, or layers of covers in bed...what can i use?

Any idea why my symetry is doing only half of the model instead of doing it 360 around? Also last strokes on both sides getting weaker and weaker.

you just need very dense geometry, enough polygons to show the detail, does this make sense?
