    These camps and stuff are how you breed radicalization. Hurting the people there and making them feel disenfranchised doesn't help either. People who wouldn't fight now suddenly have lost family to the group that they thought they trusted.

      The Iraqi government is doing their best. Their military "leadership" fled when ISIS arose leaving most of the fighting to Shia paramilitary militias who lack discipline and government oversight which is going to unfortunately lead to human rights violations amidst the chaos. The civilians who managed to escape had nowhere else to go other than makeshift camps, and due to the Islamic State's doctrine of targeting civilians and using them as human shields security measures must be taken to ensure the safety of the camp. Also, returning civilians to their homes can be difficult as the video shows. When ever ISIS retreats they leave behind traps, bombs, snipers and who knows if a "civilian" left in the city was really an ISIS fighter who dropped their weapon. It is truly a terrible situation. I hope Iraq is able to rebuild soon and elect a non-sectarian government to lead all of the Iraqi people out of this living hell, but I fear that is wishful thinking.

    And not a word about how mane civilians died during recapturing. Like 100% of civilians just left the city and there was no one left except ISIS militants. Which is not true

      The reason why there was small death toll is because the battle was very slow. Iraqi army did not want many civilian casualties.. Most of them died in Usa air strike. I think this was pretty succesfull operation compared to ramadi. Only 112 civilians killed and 85k displaced and 4000 Isis militant died... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Fallujah_(2016)

      Alex Le what happened to the "civilians" is their own mistake they welcomed isis they were throwing candy and chanting in support of isis when they hung an iraqi soldier at the bridge of fallujah the people were celebrating it what they get is what they deserve, in my eyes they deserve even more, the reason why there are no isis militants in the shia parts of iraq is because the shia of iraq won't welcome them like the sunnis did

    when will these peeps upload Vice HBO season 4 ?

    • @Rain-qv7qs
      @Rain-qv7qs 7 років тому

      I'm not sure they're still doing it that way. They do VICE tonight 5 days a week on HBO now. They just put 4 or 5 minute excerpts online to draw viewers in for the whole show. They've also been dropping online series that look like they fit that format, but I think they're just on UA-cam.

      Nigrum Romanum I know I know. I just couldn't help but comment on that. Looking at them makes me think it all the time and I know I would smell just as bad in their situation.
