Great video! I really love your content, and the point you made about a player struggling to perform in front of crowds is interesting.
In my opinion, a player's character plays a significant role in this issue. However, it is possible to work on it, and we should never put a limit on ourselves. If players are signed from a young age, such as U9, they should be exposed to large crowds and normalize the experience. They can play mini-games during halftime or be mascots more often to get them on the pitch.
As a parent, I am obsessed with mindset, and I pulled my son out of the academy system at U10 to support him better. He loves football and is one of the most relaxed and calm kids you will come across. Being a mascot for the club he supports (Tottenham) at six years old, walking out in front of 62,000 people, was one of the best things he ever did for his development. He loved every minute of it and asked if he could be a mascot again, but I said no. I told him that he must earn the right to be a mascot again through his hard work and effort. Kids need to be exposed to such an environment at a young age to create the desire and hunger to succeed.

As a parent, what are good questions to ask in your child’s reviews? Joleon touched a bit on this.
