ELITE MENS DISCUS | TUCSON ELITE Classic Day 2 | Reggie Jagers 215'10, Sam Mattis & More

The 2018 TUCSON ELITE CLASSIC Men's discus on day 2 had some solid performances in dead air. the Men's Discus started around 4Pm and in many of the rounds, it was hot with zero wind. Tucson can have great discus winds, but the conditions were warm and "still" through most rounds.
The Tucson Elite is a world class throwers meet that has been an annual event for over 30 years at the University of Arizona usually the 3rd week in May. Every year many top ranked Americans and World ranked throwers head down to Tucson Arizona for the great training weather and great competition.
Reggie Jagers hit a PR in round 1 with 65.79m, Sam Mattis Followed up Thursday's performance of 66.32m- 217-7 (& US leading mark) with a 64.27m - 210-10, while Andre Evans hit 63.52m 208-4 for back to back 63m performances.
ATN thrower Jason Harrell had an off day only going 58.90m after a decent 61.84m - 202-10 throw Thursday.
This is a 2 day meet with competition on Thursday And Saturday.
