1 SHALLOW TABLESPOON BAKING POWDER ( 10 GRAMS )
BELGIAN CREAM FILLING
1 CAN CONDENSED MILK (395 GRAMS )
1 BOX OF SOUR CREAM ( 200 GRAMS )
3 TABLESPOONS CORNSTARCH (45 GRAMS )
1 TEASPOON VANILLA ESSENCE
400ML MILK
2 EGG YOLKS, SIEVED
1 CAN OF PEACH IN SYRUP
SYRUP FOR WETTING THE CAKE
150ML PEACH SYRUP
150ML WATER

300ML CHILLED WHIPPED CREAM
2 TABLESPOONS MILK POWDER ( 30 GRAMS)
240ML MEASURING CUP
SHAPE 20CM IN DIAMETER AND 10CM IN HEIGHT
