    I have African blk soap diluted in spring water already with jojoba and rosehip seed oil as a facial cleanser all I have to do is add the shikakai and the brahmi powders that I have in the stash. I'll pour some in another bottle and add the powders, I also have brahmi oil as well, I'll add some drops of that too and test it out.
    Thank you.

    I use black soap too as a shampoo. I add essential oils, carrier oils glycerin or honey. However, I never thought to add the powders. Questions; can you use bentonite, rashooul clay? If so, what might be the ratio? Also, what about other powders. For example, bramhi?

    •  4 роки тому +1

      I choose aritha and shikaikai because their cleansing properties. So do your research about bramhi en figure out why you will want to use it in a shampoo instead of using it to condition your hair. I have a different video coming up about Ayurvedic and clay masks.

    @rjgatheringinterests 4 роки тому +2

    Hey great video. How long can you store it before it goes bad and how do you store it?

    •  4 роки тому +6

      I use it for 4 weeks and if i am not through i will store it in the fridge. the second batch i made i store it in the freezer until i am ready to use it. The teatree oil in it also helps to preserve it for long.

    I dont have shikaikai, can I put in moringa powder instead?

    •  4 роки тому +2

      Shikaikai has cleansing properties, moringa doesnt. So it really depends on what your goal is for this shampoo.
