Recipe for 15 medium pies

cottage cheese 300 g
one egg
sugar 1 tbsp
butter 100 g (melted)
flour 300 g
salt 0.5 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

Filling:
apples 400 g
lemon juice 2 tbsp
cinnamon 1 tsp
sugar 50 g
corn starch 2 tbsp

egg yolk and sugar for sprinkling
bake for 30 minutes at t-180°C
