Personally, the evidence is in, from being a juror on a high profile case, this wouldn't have effected my already thoughts. Then again without being there to make MY determination as a juror this is hearsay on what is going on in the courtroom. This is "armchair" opinions and has no real bearing on what the jurors really feel having heard and seen everything and not listening to things "third hand" Just MY thoughts from sitting in the jury box.

I’m not sure why anyone would think this was Trump’s salvation in this case? Witness testimony is a big part of the prosecution’s case. But only so far as it is being used to corroborate the documentary evidence against Ex-President Pampers. I understand that the documentary evidence presentation is not as sexy to show in media clips. But here, its the majority of the weight against him, and what the Grand Jury used as the basis for handing down his indictment. As far as I am aware, nothing Trump’s defense team has done thus far, has contradicted this damning evidence. So, yes, reasonable doubt is the standard, but based upon the weight of all of the evidence presented combined.
Do I think Conway did a great job in this clip, no, no I do not.
But one shot to the jaw of the prosecution’s corroboration witness is FAR FROM a knock out blow. And it certainly is not a slam dunk “game over” for EITHER side in a jury trial. If you think this, you have never tried a criminal case. A Jury is 50/50 right up until the verdict is read.

Signatures on checks and documents doesn’t explain WHY he signed them. That’s what Cohen was supposed to do. So if he’s lying about that conversation, there’s no criminal intent in signing the documents.
CNNs take on this is more extreme than lawyer podcasts that I've listened to. I wonder if they have attorneys providing them analysis or are just winging it.
Even CNN was itching for anything to call a Matlock moment. Blanch was asking the most convoluted questions to throw him off balance, and Cohen was pushing back and not taking the bait. The text coming out of this said more about Blanche’s over-the-top theatrics than any lapses in Cohen’s memory. Anderson Cooper was just breathless and rambling, but the consensus I’m seeing is that Cohen did stumble a little, but otherwise held his own in the face of a blistering cross-examination.

The evidence shows the conspiracy, but Cohen's testimony is necessary to show Trump's intent to commit in the conspiracy, which is a requirement for conviction. The jury needs to trust Cohen for the People to win their cass.
If i was the jury i would pick up the time of call as evidence than text messages . He is human and i can't remember every text and calls made before that call. So the defense has not yet dealt with the case for which we expect them to do on Monday. The same phone records will be the evidence that trump knew about all this payment. I don't quite understand the overwhelming significance of the prank call from the 14-year-old and its relation to the overall timeline. Are we to believe that Cohen took out a 130K loan for Trump without Trump having any knowledge of it or approving of it or how Cohen would get his money back? No one would be stupid enough to do something like that for someone they work for, no matter who that is.
The expense was logged as a bloated retainer fee. That is the crux of the case. This seems "nit picky"as the one commentator stated.
