pro tip: holding ctrl makes you walk instead of run. you can keep run on and then just hold ctrl to walk around during the acid phase. helps for ranged

thanks👍 got me my first ever vork kill, even though it was in leagues with the OP ranged build. was really struggling with the venom or whatever and then when i got that right, i forgot the mega special fire attack and forgot to move. paid maybe like 500k to torfinn which in leagues is just a splash. goin back tomorrow to hunt some dragon bolts for the acb😅
If you bring the slayer staff, you do NOT need to click it. Do note, before you click the spell, click the ground once, THEN click the spell, otherwise it will fail most times and you will take the hit!

I'm using magic mastery though so switching to ranged with some 60/70 tier gear and a hundred or more sharks... Next kill will be much better though thanks to this guide and also remembering to enchang my onyx bolts...
I struggled with the quest version so i haven't been back since. My sunlight hunter crossbow was a better option than my rune crossbow and thats what i used to get my kill.

Highly dependant on your stats, check wiki dps calculator, fill in void and masori set with your personal stats, and see which is higher dps. Its been months since i last played, but i believe at max range masori is better
Vorkath is one of the few bosses i can do on my main, i cant Zulrah but i can Vorkath melee or ranged. I just suck at swaps. I eventually farmed up bandos and a dhl just to do vorkath with. I had to quit playing because it just got too expensive ;-;
ToA is pretty accessible to anyone as the low invos are able to be walked over with half decent stats and some practice. Zulrah isnt worth much money now so dont worry about not being able to grind it hahaha
@@pizzacrustvii2415 My zulrah attempts were for the Diary Task, i couldnt even get that. My RSN is Glabgolab if you are any bit interested. I cant afford to play now, i lost memby and bonds tripled in price since then, so i cant really attempt TOA either. Super appreciate the info tho! If bonds are ever low enough for me to realistically farm f2p, ill have to give it a chance.
You ain't the only one, i have been playing Runescape for as long as i can remember... but zulrah, and all of the switches and flicking and bullshit... Kills me, i just don't have the patience... but Vorkie... vorkie takes it up the ringer daily. haha
@nickbusch3660 the biggest takeaway I was taught for zulrah is "watch the head" during jad phase (swap prayer when he dips his head) and to use the xulrah helper plug in. You'll get the kc I believe homie

Recently, I had a acid pool pop up right in that supposedly safe row of tiles. Maybe it was a glitch though.

I haven't played since 2020 and I've killed Vorkath over 5000 times on my ironman, somehow I completely forgot how to do this boss as well as Zulrah.
