- The '92 long-wheelbase Roamer in the XT trim with 4-wheel-drive. Pretty cool if you can use the space. This isn't really an offroad-oriented SUV so 4-wheel-drive is kind of pointless, more so without a locking differential. So big fail on the rock test.
I agree ,there no benefit for the roamer lxt to have 4 wheel drive and not have locking diffs ,since you would thunk it would be carrying heavy loads, might as well cut down on build cost and not install the 4WD
With 4WD we get: diminishing practicality.
