I love when teammates understand good shen ult mentality. One of the reasons I love shen is that you have to trust your teammates. That might be hard in soloQ when a lot of people dont care about teams and cooperation, but when they do it's such a nice feeling! That ult on heca to save the turret felt so awesome

ah but petu, you neglected to remember one vital thing for your teleports cooldown. the item dawncore grants 18 summoner spell haste, making the cooldown even shorter!

I saw somebody streaming Warwick top and picking demolish + hullbreaker and hitting a tower for 1700 with 2-3 items. I thought wtf has Riot been cooking?
I wonder if there's some kinda play to get warmog's second item so it's impossible to harrass you out of lane so you can keep clearing waves and save towers.
can you even activate warmogs with 2 items? don't you need like 1300 bonus hp. Sorry if its a stupid question, I've not played for like 3 years and only recently started again.
@@HolykrigerWarmogs is 800 so you only need 500 hp. Runes and one 400 item do it
@@Holykriger warmogs itself gives you 800hp, so with hullbreaker and hp rune or overgrow, you basically have enough to proc it
@@Oznerock you can do it with warmogs and 1 ruby crystal if you have grasp+overgrowth with hp scaling runes and a dorans item.
@@Holykriger Titanic + Warmog's gives exactly enough to activate it. And any item combo that gets you above 1100+ is usually easy enough with either runes/masteries or an extra ruby crystal. That doesn't mean you SHOULD get warmog that early because in most cases it's a terrible choice. It would be only a niche pick.
It's tips like overgrowth against yorick that make me so appreciative to play shen and have you as a teacher.
At the start of the video you used a keybind to switch between Summoner name, Champ name and name off - I didn't know you could use a keybind for that, but thanks for letting me know!

I think ravenious hydra makes more sense than titanic in this matchup. You are constantly playing with half hp. It's worth to have lower total but full hp. Sure you will be stronger leaving base with titanic, but that's not always when you need to make plays. You have shown the strength of ravenious hydra on this channel earlier and this is exactly the situation where it would shine imo.
True, this was recorded before my Ravenous arc.
Nasus into old yorick was amazing. Free stacks on ghouls allowed me to hit 1000stacks under 20mins. Triforce into fulltank cdr was freewin.

Honestly I've been trying demolish on Shen too, and it works surprisingly well. Tower plating and side pressure is just so important these days.

It's not just yorick ghouls but heimer turrets too take way to long to kill. For the amount of damage they do and the amount they can have up at once they should be able to be 1 shot by mele attacks.

I have a question: if yorick's gameplay is going to keep you under tower as much as possible, not allowing for roaming and tp+R... why not build as much wave clear as possible? Like titanic + sunfire + thornmail? Tiamat + bami cinder should help you clear waves superfast early game and give you some space.

watching all these episodes about shen technology / trying to exploit edge cases I am left curious. You have experimented with Ravenous hydra shen in the past, and there was nearly endless lifesteal fodder in the yorick lane. Why did you choose to opt into titanic this game?
Experimental hexplate dude. That's the ultimate power for this build because you can split push and you'll have TP and your R in very low cooldowns. Plus, you'll have ms and as after you ult
