- Rugged Seascape Photography in gale force winds on the East Coast of Scotland.
We visited this rugged area of coast for seascape photography. I’m not sure why we attempted to take some images on the coast during very strong winds but we had a great evening during high tide. A location we’ve visited before but during very different conditions. Difficult to steady the tripod and stay upright but incredible to feel the force of Mother Nature in such a beautiful coastal location. Hope you enjoy the photography and the video. Cheers Paul….glad you enjoyed it 😊
The real side of landscape photography, congrats on sticking with it, I totally understand how difficult it is to create content in those conditions. Thanks for sharing, love the black and white image near the end.
Thanks John, it was very difficult but good fun. The winds haven’t really let up here over the last couple of weeks but it makes it a challenge. Take care and thanks for your kind comment. 😊
Well done ladies you both desert medal for that video and still lovely images caught considering the wind 👏🏻🥇🥇
Haha cheers Joy….. as soon as we got out of the car on the cliff tops we were like “Hmmm not sure about this” but we had a good time and it definitely blew the cobwebs away. The images weren’t as sharp as I’d liked, no cloud again but you can’t beat being out somewhere as stunning as that place so it’s worth every second. Hope you are well Adele & Max 😊
well done..great video..
Here’s Rosemary, glad you enjoyed it despite the wind noise. Take care and have a good week. Adele & Max 😊
Hi Adele and Max. Looks a lovely location. You managed some fantastic images despite the weather.
Hi Jim, yeah it’s a really lovely location with lots of potential for images. We we’re definitely up against it but enjoyed it. Thanks for watching and saying hi….😊 Have a good week. Adele & Max
Hi Adele, I enjoyed the images. Where is this location?
Hi Ian, thank you. Just a shame we didn’t have any cloud again but still nice to be out with the camera. It’s up at Buckie…lots of different paths you can take to explore and probably a whole lot we’ve yet to see. Take care Adele & Max 😊
