Technically Yes, but you will need coding to to transmit and recieve audio using Raspberry pi and arduino And then amplify the signal for the amplifier use.. quality may be not that good and for only voice. . It will be a bad idea . You can use fm transmitters modules for that.. they are much better deal . And can transmit to 1 miles..

Use with Arduino or Esp32 modules and control there modules.. so technically what arduino can do.. Search Arduino projects.. control relays, home automation , led controler from distance , esp32 already has wifi. So for short distance they are meaningless . Control long range machines with aditional components..
