Seems almost any watch is a near copy of something very close or similar. Even with clothes, they bring back older fashions to modern times. haircut styles, you name it.
Hahaha, I love your mini-rant. But I disagree, I don’t see a lot of commonality between the Tudor and Breitling. The colors are similar sure, but the case, subdials, hands and case are all different. I think the Tudor is pulling more from Croton and Vulcain.
I can remember back when I started watch collecting, everything was new and exciting! - Now it's just the same old tired examples being "Reborn" by some other brand. There's no real new innovation and hasn't been for a while. I still love my watches, I just don't like the "Strategies" used by some brands.
