everybody saying how this guy shouldnt be riding like this in the beginner group, take it up with the organizers. He obviously paid for his track day, why should he not get some practice and have to go slow just because hes in the beginner group, that wouldnt be fair to him
that's unfortunate for the guys involved in the accidents you may have seen. but if you look closely you can see that i didn't cut anybody off his or her line, i left enough space for the other drivers, because i know what you are talking about. i am not a youtube bad ass or ghostrider driver, you can see clearly in my video that i approach the other drivers with the neccessary precaution. i have 10 years racetrack experience and i have never been involved in a crash with an other driver.
I agree with the driver in this case, he's overtaking quite neat, know's how to pick lines and waits for the moment. But it would have been better if he was placed in a fast group. I've raced in the dutch supersport championship and for track days (training) it's a serious problem when you ride (a lot) faster than the others. Just stay cool and overtake like this rider does. Nice and smooth :-)
Who the hell thought it would be a good idea to let you run free between the beginners? Honestly, driving safely between the other bikes despite the difference in speed is remarkable. You really are a pretty fast Rider who is in controll of himself. Also, i really want to know what the stewards said afterwards, and who´s butt got the kick for packing you in there^^
Actually it isn't... makes me wonder if you have any track experience? That wobbling steer? Dangerous overtaking and just guessing those curbs are dry, wheelie on track,... I've had black flags for less than this. To be honest... a S1000RR deserves more respect... So do those beginner riders. The last thing they need is some moron showing off and putting some bad example there.
Jean Loewie yes you're right.. I have some track experience, but not a lot and only with my r6, which isn't that agressive on the gas, brake oder suspension like the 1000rr or any modern 1000cc I rode so far.. He rides a "fast" overall speed, but he's taking a lot of risks indeed.
lucatonipeperoni Taking risks is not the part I'm having trouble with. Showing off and taking unnecessary risks in a beginner group... well... let me just quote one of my teachers on the Nurburgring: "you have nothing to gain... nothing to prove... only to lose"
Jean Loewie Does it not occur to you that this is how he enjoys riding, why should he ride round at 50% of his capability just because theres slow people on track, ride how you wanna ride, take this risks if you wanna take the risks. Nice video anyway dude...
The bike takes care of many of the problems with the slower traffic due to the speed differential, but I think I'd have been a little firmer with the organisers to ensure that you were in a different group, surely a couple of laps at racing speed would have shown them that I'd imagine a more than 20s (I'm guessing) difference would have been enough. Still, you showed enough restraint as would have been reasonable out there in the most part. ;-)
Need to work on in-turn body position. And stay light on the bars, that thing never stopped head shakin. Your also overconfident.. stop riding passed your own limitations or that bike is gonna be in more pieces than you can count.. You should probly be on a 600
I was driving there for two days this weekend (GSX-R 750), overtook many drivers on the outside, and unfortunately saw someone go down after being overtaken on the inside... I don't wanna start a flame war, I'm just asking you (and all other drivers for that matter) to overtake properly and as a gentleman. Even if you are the fastest driver in your group, there are no prices to be won at free sessions...
nice video but you do a lot of mistakes...even thouh this is your first time on this circuit, you could avoid most of them, especially your very very bad trajectories.you are still a beginner but you are agressif and this is a tipycal skill of the winners. don t stop trainning and i think you ll improve your lap time of 10s. maybe 15 if you ve the talent for.
You have a great bike, but please don't overtake on the inside of a curve in a beginners group! OR IN ANY GROUP! You can inflate your ego but other drivers could get hurt! You should pay more attention to the correct driving lines and less to thinking what a bad-ass you'll be on UA-cam!
This is good driving ! especially with dangerous beginners!! You paying good attention well done!
perfect example of how to ride fast at a track day and not ruin someone else's day
They ruined HIS day...
@@truckerno-lifer9655 Passing traffic is part of the game bro.
This is a good example of how to treat beginners on the track. I've seen people behave like this is beneath them. Very good attitude.
You gave some balls to these beginners with this. :)

Definetly the organizers fault, but still respect the lives of others....
Well diego, he actually did. Didn’t drive like an a-hole there. Not cutting other people’s corners, etc.
@@BelgiumDrumandBass true, but some forget what mirrors are for
@@stuarth43 Mandatory to remove/tape-off mirrors at trackdays here so..
its good for beginners to see someone on the correct line and at speed... it helps them to push through barriers of mind and machine.

Ten years of experience? I do not believe you. You are slow.
You don't know how to use the brakes
What is this, LMP1 lapping GTs? :D
lmp1 lapping mini cup
Good Training for endurance races :-)
Strange, I remember being asked in Mettet to only overtake at the inside, and not the outside of a corner.
wonder how many hours that screamin' engine will turn, before shredding itself
good timing! Driving in D is always dangerous!
awesome, looks like a video game, thumbs up!
Great drive!! Also nice quality of sound and video, which camera do you use?
haha shaky shaky in eau rouge :) love Spa, laptime?
Yeah, I agree, you should move up to C group! :)))))
nice driver and correct!

It was their rule, if one is new to this track start out in beginner. It was still fun though
How would that go? They don´t asked, how you can drive???? Extrem dangerous, but funny! Godd Driver you are!
That bike is so awesome
Surely this wasn't your first time out on Spa. How many laps had you put in by this point?
2:43 This is a superior fire power !
iShare-it haha, quite epic there. Shows he’s having tons of fun!
met welke vertanding rij je daar ?
This is so funny. Like cutting a Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte with a sharp knife.
good job owning everyone
great skills!!
you're riding is awesome !

I was in beginners group once @ Zolder -> broken rib and damaged bike
Dangerous for everybody,, i hope you were upgraded to group A or B for the following sessions.
It was first time in Spa, my second turn overall.
nope...I couldn't keep up with you :P haha good stuff!

you should never comment again
slurp
LOL!!!
Excellent riding!
Aaron was one of the guys you passed, he's a wee bit chaffed at you because he pissed his pants when you blew passed him.
2:42 ----> i like! :)
Mal eben gezeigt wer Chef im Ring ist :PPP
in the group D i saw someone stop himself to eat a sandwich during the session...
4:36 hahaaaaa badass
Nice!
nice skills
Go with group D they said,
It'll be fun they said..
Not too slow of a group considering it's beginners really haha!
engine warning light ... ballsy ....
Nope, it's a failure light because I removed the head lights
your youtube analytics are good, but when you sit on that bike yourself things look different.
nice driving :-)
and that annoying fly there that looks like someone in the horizon....
Yes very annoying indeed
By adding you, it isn't much of a race... more of finding your best lap time in traffic.
in a hurry to get somewhere? damn almost started to like BMW...Almost
Hahaha you lacked competition than but nice to go around in your own tempo
seems some do not know what mirrors are for

i honestly dont get your point. The "proper" or at least safer way is overtaking on the inside.
Hahah, Im not a motordriver, and i dont know about classes, but something tells me that u weren't happy to drive in group D
Amazing !!! S1000RR Sucks....
You definitely don't belong in the D group :-)
