Considering the price, these models are actually a fantastic deal. There's very little to complain about, everything works fine and looks nice: the only problem is the pieces being a little hard to put together.
Same here. missing 2 white rubber bands in the steering box, 1x 15 hole white bar, 1 x a black 13 hole bar replaced instead with white one. Had to do some tweaking skills to get that build done. Porche GT3 911.

Interesting as I dind't have ANY of these issues when I bought mine from AliExpress, but that's the thing, it all depends on which 'store' you're purchasing from. Still absolutely worth the price difference!
I have the Porsche RSR i got from Temu. It was a very fun build! Looks pretty much identical to LEGO one. It had one missing part which I easily replace with a Lego one. To be honest I may have dropped it on the floor so may not even been missing.
I got the 911 RSR for a bit over $15 USD. the BMW M 1000 RR was $18 USD. The 911 Turbo coupe/Targa set me back $29, but it looks so much like my silver '85, I couldn't resist. I now have the SP3, GT3 RS, P1, and Sian ordered. $52, $59, $68, and $47 respectively. I've built models for linger than I care to admit. Everything from Tamiya MotoGP bikes and Revell/Monogram muscle, cars to awful AMT big rig kits from the 70s and nightmares in plastic like the Heller 917k and 330P4. These Lego sets are a hoot to build, they look enough like the real cars to tell what they are, and if needed, they can be disassembled. No painting instrument faces with a sharpened toothpick or waiting for 4 different colors to dry to complete something like a '62 Pontiac interior, either. Part fit is a bit inconsistent, and every set seems to be missing a part or 2, but I save every leftover piece and there are sources for individual bits.

Once there, search for the name of the car, the number of pieces (3599), the set number for the genuine article (42083 in the case of the Chiron). There are many sellers and the price varies quite a bit.
@@baboka2616 Keep checking. With so many sellers, what you find seems to change day to day. I had to return one of the SP3s because some genius put 4 wheels and 2 tires in the box. 95% of the time, AliExpress' only solution to missing pieces is to have you return the whole set. It's infuriating when you have 5 hours or more into a build and discover parts are missing. On the plus side, I found the same set this time for $10 less. I ordered 2, and instructions off of Rebrickable to convert one to the La Ferrari. Best of luck in finding the set you want. Cheers.
I bought the mclaren after seeing your review ,14 day delivery ,identical to lego and was a really enjoyable build ,cost £48 Iin total really good value ,I'm going for the ferrari next. BTW what are the round things on top of your extractor hood ? Just being nosey 😂

The Ferrari is an amazing build - just remember to check the Ferrari gearbox mod video on UA-cam to make sure that you have the selectors in the correct place when building. The round things on my extractor are magnetic herb & spice pots - very handy when cooking (available on Amazon) 😊👍

Yeah mine works fine, in all honesty it sounds like you might have messed the steering linkage / front Diff up when you built it. if you can try to compare your set with some of the images from the manual at the front end section to see if anything is wrong. Let me know how you get on.
It’s funny you said about it looking flat in the pictures. I’ve got the big delorean (real set) and it’s so damn hard to get a good picture of it. It always looks like a brick in photos. Also, I’d love to see you review the 1989 Batmobile!
Thanks for your comment, so it's not just me then lol. I like the idea of the delorean but I don't like at how thick the door frames are. I just ordered a new set from Aliexpress and it was this reason I didn't get it. I ordered the UCS X wing instead.

I couldn't imagine taking one of these car apart. I am thinking of buying a non lego design from Aliexpress with a full motor & light setup. Yeah, the pins are a pain for these Chinese sets but it's still a small price to pay because when it's done, it looks beautiful and identical to the real thing. Also, I just got the Sián, in the new metallic purple color for... €33. Can't wait to build it and have it on display.

With regards to the sellers, I wouldn't alway go for the cheapest - the thing to look for is how many they have sold and how many reviews they have, ideally with images. I have a video coming out in a couple of weeks that shows how I use AliExpress and what I look for when buying. in the meantime would you like me to have a look to find you a link that I would use if I was buying again? BTW, Canada is my favourite place on Earth - we went for part of our honeymoon a few years ago (we visited Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary & Banff).
Regardless of what "cheap" price point you like, it still a fake. The color will be a big question. I started of with Lepin, CADA(at least i respect this brand since they don't copy Lego) and now in real Lego.

I have a lot of set and most of them are really good. Quality increased a lot in last years. On city, star wars, creator etc blocks are perfect, only in technic thee are minor issues and only in some sets because some pieces fits or too strong or too loose. But they don't fall down. Just built ford gt and it s perfect. Even stickers are good. It s not true that Lego are way better than these sets. For the price they are great.
buy a gear easy as that lego gers aren't the best eirher i have the samll bollie set it has a single fucknig gear what rotates the engine and every 3 turns it clicks like it skips... lego quality isn't what it once was...

Yeah, 82 is the real price for it taking into mind that -Improving quality from 95%-99% could require different machines, changing methods ect... and also quality control it's also some work to be done -Low paid workers -Probably if shipment is free from china is bc china is treated as poor country so all countries are contributing financially to send your package So finally more complicated methods, improved machines, rise for workers and shipment payment. You could say that your 82$ car is really 150$ if paid equaly. But then it would mean that product would be the same quality as Lego. But if only take into mind workers and transport, then its more like 100-120$ fair price. It's easy to build cheap machine with some precision, but it could be very costful to improve this precision even slightly.
I have from the lego and from aliexpress the porsche bugatti and the Ferrari for me never again lego the fake bricks don't do for lego under lego also has mistakes and the price is not worth it the fun is the same only lego is much more expensive for what you get paid too much fake lego is number 1 for me i don't have to leave it for the money but i still choose fake lego it is made worse than it is

Yeah, 82 is the real price for it taking into mind that
-Improving quality from 95%-99% could require different machines, changing methods ect... and also quality control it's also some work to be done
-Low paid workers
-Probably if shipment is free from china is bc china is treated as poor country so all countries are contributing financially to send your package
So finally more complicated methods, improved machines, rise for workers and shipment payment.
You could say that your 82$ car is really 150$ if paid equaly. But then it would mean that product would be the same quality as Lego.
But if only take into mind workers and transport, then its more like 100-120$ fair price.
It's easy to build cheap machine with some precision, but it could be very costful to improve this precision even slightly.
I have from the lego and from aliexpress the porsche bugatti and the Ferrari for me never again lego the fake bricks don't do for lego under lego also has mistakes and the price is not worth it the fun is the same only lego is much more expensive for what you get paid too much fake lego is number 1 for me i don't have to leave it for the money but i still choose fake lego it is made worse than it is
