Forget it buddy. Ain no money on a bike even in big city like San Fran. A lot of them just standing around waiting for orders that will never come because its July 2023 and things have changed. The orders are getting less and less. Unless you are on a motorized scooter, ur not gonna make any money.

My friend said tipping isn't even really happening, people are using the "no contact" option to avoid contact so they don't have to look the person in the eye that they just screwed over by not tipping.

They gave them an order that was obviously worth accepting or said delivery person would not have accepted it, as a Dasher I never expected tips, I only banked on what the app offered per delivery and would reject it if unsatisfied, customers don't owe sh*t beyond the already inflated prices they paid, you want to blame anyone for screwing anyone talk to Doordash, they set the pay for each order
