Accenture is really unknown to the industry. They are a software company that tries to develop new tools for a number of applications, in this case VFX. They appeared on the credits of a recent Marvel movie for fluid simulations. But for this project was mostly existing tools such as Side FX Houdini, Autodesk Maya, VRay.
Guys, just a comment adding to what you've said about not communicating the things done at the behind the scenes. Beyond that, I find difficult to explain for people that aren't in the industry what compositing is. Because all the vfx breakdowns that appears for the common audience are like: here we shot, here we did the 3d and... done! Compositors are often not even mentioned. I guess it's exactly what Hugo said, it's not romantic, but on the other side I imagine that's why we have a shortage of compositors. Just wandering, sorry lol
We’ve decided to make it exclusive to UA-cam as a video podcast. We also included behind the scenes footage on all episodes. But if you want the audio version we have it for Patreons together with exclusive episodes called VFX Notes Plus. Thanks for watching
@@HugosDesk I couldn't wait and UA-cam is an inconvenient solution, so I subscribed to your patreon. Glad to see that it also includes a lot of other great content.
Thanks so much for supporting the show. I hope you enjoy the 3 exclusive episodes we have already. We do 1 per month. Next week exclusive episode it’s the next one about Fast X
Enjoyed the show, And also happy to see one of the shot I worked on S4.
