- POV of DH 4, a blue trail dropping in from the North hub in Lake Leatherwood. In collaboration with Freehub magazine I did a POV view of this trail for their channel (check out the link below for the whole article). I also love how this angle gives you a totally different perspective than the drone footage we've been shooting. The trail conditions were prime other than some leaves covering the trails. If you go out to Leatherwood for the first time, this would be a great trail to check out if you are comfortable with blue traisl! I hope this POV gives you a good perspective of what you can expect, mind the big rock drop half way down! Full vlog of Lake Leatherwood coming up soon!
Happy trails,
Anneke

Such a LONG run and so much chunk! Super fast ride you’re just an amazing rider. Thank you for sharing
You are welcome!
I've got to carve out a day to hit Eureka Springs trails during an NWA visit!
chunkaay ride gurl 👍🏼
Did LL last year, is a blast !
I like both perspectives and great riding as usual. Maybe on these trail previews, you could do a mixture of POV and Drone, and even splice in a quick "off the bike" video of a couple of the key features...like one big berm up top, the rock drop, and maybe one spicy rock garden near the end...just to add in some variability. One other option is to experiment with a "chin mount" when you're wearing a full-face helmet. I think it gives the best POV footage angle, because you are looking at exactly what the rider sees, and the view isn't impeded by the bars, stem, and top tube in the "crouched" position, and you actually see THROUGH the corners exactly like the rider. Phil Kmetz, "Skills with Phil" uses that angle, and I think he has the best POV footage out there.
Nice run!
Thanks!
Thanks!
Wow there is some chunk at the bottom of that!
